Shipping Policy:
In order to
give you the Best Shipping Rate without over or
under charging, we use two Services: UPS and US-Mail. Please
note, we don't 'ship for a 'profit' - we ship nationwide
(within the United States) as a service to you.
Within the
United States, our standard way of shipping is UPS Ground. If
you receive a package that has been partially damaged in
transit, we will replace the damaged part of the
shipment under one condition: You MUST keep the
package in it's original box and show it to the UPS Driver,
(yes, even sticky honey) so he/she can VERIFY the damage. UPS
has experienced way too many costly 'False Claims', and now
require personal inspection of ANY damage caused in transit
before sending claim forms.
PLEASE
NOTE: You MUST INSPECT SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. We
will NOT honor any complaints AFTER 7 DAYS of receipt of package
for ANY REASON AT ALL.
Next Day
Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air Shipments:
1. If you
placed your order after UPS pickup time, your order will go out the next day.The
day you placed your order, can not be counted as the starting date of the shipment.
2. What to do, if your package arrived a day late: Call us
first at Tel: 1-800 395 2196. We will call UPS for you, to find out
why your package was delivered late. IF your package was
delivered late, due to extreme weather conditions, such as winter
storms, blizzards, ice-storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes,
floods, high winds, or any other weather condition that inhibits UPS Airplanes and Trucks to safely conduct their business, UPS
does NOT issue a refund. These severe weather conditions are 'not
in their control', therefore UPS will NOT issue refunds, caused
by such conditions.
Please Note:
MANUKA HONEY USA is NOT the shipper, therefore we can not issue
you a refund, if your package was delivered a day late, due to
severe weather conditions - NO EXCEPTIONS. We thank you for your

Packages to
Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by US Air Mail.
Shipping to CANADA
and OTHER COUNTRIES:
Please be aware that MANUKA HONEY USA charges for PRODUCTS and
SHIPPING only. CUSTOMS may charge you an additional fee to
'import' Manuka Products into your Country. We do not know if
and how much Customs may charge you.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do NOT accept any returns from a foreign country for any
reason at all, except damaged part of a shipment. Further Note
that we do NOT accept any returned items based on complaints
'that custom charges are too high' or any other similar petty
reason. If you wish to receive our products, it will cost you a
little more money to import them into your country. We do NOT
know how much customs will be. You will need to contact
Customs directly.
Problems with
Customs in your Country?
If
you are not sure, if you are allowed to import our products into
your country, you MUST call your Customs Authorities in your
country FIRST, and ask them if you can import the products you
are thinking of buying from us, before placing an order with
Manuka Honey USA.
If Customs in your country decides to confiscate or even
destroy your shipment - that type of action taken by Customs, is
obviously NOT in our control, and does NOT qualify for a refund
from Manuka Honey USA.
Manuka Honey USA is very dedicated in serving it's customers
with quality products, and shipping those products world-wide.
But keep in mind, that certain countries have a Honey Embargo or
an Embargo against any products from the US. So if the Customs
Authorities in your country confiscate, and / or possibly even
destroy your shipment, Manuka Honey USA can NOT be held
responsible for THEIR actions. You will need to contact Customs
as to the reason why they confiscated or destroyed your
shipment.
Ask Customs to either give you a refund, or to at least
attempt to return the entire shipment to us, Manuka Honey USA.
If we receive your package back from Customs, we will
give you a refund on all products that arrive in re-sellable
condition, minus shipping charges. Again, Manuka Honey USA is
NOT liable for possible actions Customs decides to take in your
country including, but not limited to, confiscating or
destroying your package.

Return Policy:
We
do not accept any returns on un-broken, or opened containers. We
do not accept returns, if customer does 'not like taste of
honey', 'scent of product', 'change of mind', buyer's remorse,
wants money back because of financial pinch, or any other petty
reasons. The Order can NOT be cancelled AFTER products have LEFT
our premises - there is NO way to stop UPS or US Mail services
from delivering your package while already in transit.
We only accept AUTHORIZED RETURNS on unused, un-opened products
in re-sellable condition. Products must be returned within
30 days from the date the order was placed. Please Note:
Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return products.
Customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee on each
returned product. This fee is charged to help cover the
extra expenses of handling refunds. So please, place your order
carefully, in order to avoid yourself and us, the hassle of
returns. Important! All un-authorized returns will be returned
un-opened at senders expense. You must call us first, before
returning any product, or you will not receive a refund.
We, MANUKA HONEY USA, reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone for any reason at all, specifically to customers who
proof to be extremely demanding, difficult, unnecessary time
consuming, negative, aggressive, obnoxious, rude, irrational for
any petty reason, moody, threatening, repeated phone harassment,
or unpleasant in any other way, during the course of a business
transaction. We reserve the right, and may choose not to do
business at all with such a confrontational type of customer,
and we are certainly NOT interested in any type of repeat
business from such a customer.
This

been absolutely pleasant and wonderful people to deal with since
